Castlebar Winners at the 31st Open

A special Congratulations to our Castlebar Winners over the weekend who took home silverware and kept the club flag flying at our own 31st Castlebar Open Darragh Joyce took home not only one division but two! He first defeated Elliot Young of Arklow in the Men's CD Singles final 3-0. And later in the day took home Gold in the Men's Novice Final defeating Damien Greene of Kilkenny 3-0. A huge weekend! Congratulations Darragh

On the ladies side, we also took home First Place in the Women's CD Doubles as Fiona Kyne and her partner from Templeudigan Niamh Murphy defeated Hannah Noonan and Abbie O'Meara (Fermoy). Niamh McDonnell took home silver in the Women's Novice Plate too! Thanks to all club members that took part in the competition and those that came out to support!
